Logan's Story
At the close of Logan's third year in 4-H, we are more convinced than ever that this program is about so much more than raising livestock. It is about raising young people who are prepared for the future. Through agriculture, Logan is learning responsibility, resilience, patience, stewardship, and the value of hard work—lessons that will serve him for a lifetime. We are grateful for the families, volunteers, mentors, and community members who invest in young people through programs like 4-H and help preserve the values that make agriculture so special.
After caring for his market steer from October through July, Logan did not qualify for the County Fair Sale this year. While that was disappointing, it has become another opportunity to learn perseverance and continue pursuing his goals.
To help support Logan's passion for agriculture and his desire to keep showing livestock, we are offering individual cuts of beef from his 4-H project. When you purchase from this project, you're receiving high-quality, home-raised beef—but more importantly, you're investing in a young person who is learning what it means to work hard, overcome setbacks, and build a future rooted in character.
Thank you for coming alongside Logan and our family with your encouragement and support. Every purchase helps cover the processing costs, and all remaining proceeds go directly into Logan's project fund so he can continue learning, growing, and participating in future agricultural opportunities. We are truly grateful for your support and for helping invest in the next generation of agriculture.
